flynas: manage booking
If flynas issued the ticket, manage-booking on the airline’s site is where you change it. On 11 October 2026 the form asked for the booking reference and last name, not the passport number.
The common search “by passport number” does not change what we saw on the form. If the airline adds a field later, it will show on their page before it shows in this guide.

Look up, then change
Use the booking reference as printed
The help page says to have the booking reference and last name ready. The name has to match the booking. If an agent issued the ticket, the flynas form may not be where changes happen, and you go back to the agent.
See what the page can change
On the review day the manage-booking page listed the itinerary, flight change or cancellation, seats, meals, contact details, baggage or sports equipment, insurance, priority boarding, lounge access, and assistance. Fees follow the fare type, and we do not publish a fee table.
Check in inside the published window
The check-in page says online check-in closes 2 hours before international departure and 1 hour before domestic departure. On the website and app it is for flynas-operated flights leaving Saudi airports, Bahrain, Dubai International, Queen Alia, Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen, Bole Addis Ababa, or Doha International. From any other airport, follow what flynas writes for that airport.
Download the boarding pass after the step finishes
The help-center steps say that after you choose the flight and the passenger you save the pass from “Download All Boarding Passes”. If it will not issue, the fix is on the airline’s page, not a guess from here.
